Purchase does NOT automatically schedule your appointment.
Our office will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your service date.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your service block is reserved once payment is received.
Scheduling
Services must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase and are subject to availability.
Clients must ensure:
• Property access is available
• Water and electricity are active
• Safe working conditions exist
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 48-hour notice required to reschedule
• Less than 48 hours may incur a $150 rescheduling fee
• Same-day cancellations may result in loss of prepaid service time
How Service Time Works
• Service time begins upon team arrival
• Setup and cleanup are included in service time
• Travel required to obtain materials or equipment counts toward service time
• Additional time beyond the purchased block is billed at $125 per hour
Scope of Service
Service blocks may include:
• General cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out service
• Property refresh
• Basic property maintenance/repair services we provide. (Contact us to verify if we provide a specific service you need)
What’s Not Included (Unless Pre-Approved)
• Hazardous waste removal
• Mold remediation
• Biohazard cleanup
• Structural repairs
• Heavy exterior construction
Materials, Supplies & Rental Equipment Policy
- Prepaid service packages cover labor time only.
- Materials, parts, specialty cleaning products, hardware, and rental equipment are not included and will be billed separately if required.
- If our team must travel to purchase, pick up, or return materials or rental equipment, that time is deducted from your purchased service hours.
- Material or equipment purchases over $100 may require client approval before purchase.
- Clean Haven Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable materials or rental equipment.
Property Condition Notice
- Excessive clutter, unsafe conditions, infestations, or restricted access may reduce productivity.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
Refund Policy
- 🟧 Refunds are not available once a service date is confirmed.
- 🟩 Unscheduled packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
