Home Maintenance Starter Visit

Includes up to 75 minutes of service and may include:
Replacing accessible HVAC filters
Replacing refrigerator water filters
Replacing smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries
Replacing accessible light bulbs
Lubricating squeaky door hinges
Tightening loose cabinet or door hardware
Making one minor interior door or latch adjustment
A brief visual home-maintenance walkthrough
Customer provides all replacement filters, batteries, bulbs, and other replacement items. Materials and repairs requiring additional time are not included but can be quoted separately.
Electric Dryer Vent Cleaning
$149
Service includes:
Disconnecting and moving an accessible electric dryer as needed
Cleaning the accessible dryer transition duct
Cleaning the vent line from the dryer connection to an accessible exterior wall termination
Removing accessible lint and debris
Checking basic airflow at the exterior vent
Reconnecting and repositioning the dryer
Cleaning the immediate work area
This service is for electric dryers with vents terminating through an accessible exterior wall. Gas dryers, roof terminations, concealed duct repairs, replacement parts, and unusually long or obstructed vent systems are not included. Additional repairs can be quoted separately.
Seasonal Home Maintenance Check
$169
Service includes:
A visual exterior walkaround from ground level
Checking accessible exterior doors and windows for visible gaps or failed caulk
Checking accessible exterior faucets and hose connections
Checking the HVAC filter and replacing it if supplied
Testing accessible smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Lubricating accessible garage-door hinges and rollers
Checking the visible dryer-vent termination
Identifying visibly loose trim, screens, handrails, or weatherstripping
A prioritized list of recommended maintenance or repairs
This is a visual maintenance check—not a formal home, code, structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC inspection. Materials and repairs are not included but can be quoted separately.
Two-Hour Home To-Do List
$225
Includes up to two hours of professional labor for approved small projects, such as:
Hanging pictures, mirrors, or basic shelving
Installing curtain rods or window hardware
Adjusting doors, latches, and cabinet hardware
Minor drywall patching
Replacing accessible light fixtures or ceiling fans using existing wiring
Installing customer-supplied faucets or bathroom hardware
Furniture assembly
Minor caulking and maintenance repairs
Send your task list and photos before scheduling so we can confirm which projects are suitable for the visit. Materials, parts, specialty equipment, and additional labor are not included. Additional time or work will only be performed with your approval.

What to Know Before Booking
Service Area:
Flat-rate pricing applies to residential properties in Peoria and selected nearby communities. Additional travel charges may apply outside our standard service area and will be confirmed before scheduling.
Replacement Items and Materials:
Customers should have required filters, batteries, bulbs, fixtures, and other replacement items available before the appointment. Materials supplied by Clean Haven Solutions are billed separately.
Service Time:
Service time includes setup, work performed, and cleanup. For timed visits, we’ll work efficiently through your approved task list in the order you prioritize.
Additional Work:
If we discover that a repair requires additional time, materials, specialty equipment, or work outside the selected service, we’ll explain the options and provide pricing before proceeding.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
Please provide safe access to the work areas, ensure water and electricity are available when needed, secure pets, and remove personal belongings or clutter that may prevent access.
Scheduling:
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment. We’ll review the service details and contact you to confirm availability and scheduling.

Unless specifically stated, filters, batteries, bulbs, fixtures, replacement parts, and other materials are not included. You may provide the required items, or we can discuss purchasing them for you.
What happens if the work does not fit the flat-rate service?
We’ll let you know before confirming the appointment. Depending on the project, we may recommend a different service, provide a custom estimate, or schedule an initial troubleshooting visit.
What if additional problems are discovered?
We’ll explain what we found and discuss your options. Additional work, materials, or service time will not be added without your approval.
Do all items on the Two-Hour Home To-Do List have to be completed?
We’ll work efficiently through the approved tasks in the order you prioritize. The number of completed items depends on their complexity, accessibility, required preparation, and site conditions.
Are properties outside Peoria eligible?
Yes, depending on availability. Flat-rate prices apply within our standard Peoria service area. A travel charge or adjusted service price may apply to surrounding communities and will be disclosed before scheduling.
Is the Seasonal Home Maintenance Check a home inspection?
No. It is a basic visual maintenance walkthrough designed to identify visible upkeep and repair concerns. It is not a real-estate, code, structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC inspection.
Is your work guaranteed?
Clean Haven Solutions provides a one-year workmanship warranty on qualifying installation and repair labor. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to products and materials. Specific warranty coverage will be included in your estimate or invoice.
